YOUR LIFE ISN'T THE PROBLEM.
THE PLAN HAS TO ACCOUNT FOR IT.

Your job, schedule, food, family and responsibilities aren't going away.

Your fitness program needs to account for them.

WORK

Long shifts, physical workload, overtime, commute and changing hours.

FAMILY

Meals, kids, responsibilities, weekends and time you want to protect.

RECOVERY

Sleep, fatigue, stress, physical workload and what your body can realistically recover from.

REAL LIFE

The unexpected weeks, changing schedules and responsibilities that generic programs rarely account for.

A STRATEGY THAT IGNORES YOUR ACTUAL LIFE
IS DIFFICULT TO SUSTAIN.

THE PLATEUP METHOD

RECOVER. FUEL.
BUILD. PERFORM.

PlateUp starts with the foundation and progressively builds from there.

01RECOVER

BUILD THE FOUNDATION FIRST.

Focus on the recovery habits and baseline behaviors that support progress — including sleep, hydration, movement, stress management and recovery.

02FUEL

BUILD NUTRITION AROUND REAL LIFE.

Establish calories, protein, hydration, meal structure and food habits around the client's schedule, preferences, family life and goals.

03BUILD

TRAIN WITH PURPOSE.

Progressively develop strength, muscle, conditioning and performance around the client's available time, equipment, work demands and recovery.

04PERFORM

PUT IT ALL TOGETHER.

Continue progressing while the training, nutrition and recovery strategy adapts to the client's changing goals and real life.

ASSESSMENT

Understand the client's schedule, training history, nutrition, recovery, responsibilities, current obstacles and goals.

PERSONALIZED PLAN

Build the training, nutrition and recovery strategy around the client's actual life rather than forcing them into a generic template.

COACHING

Provide ongoing guidance, accountability, communication and support while the client executes the plan.

WEEKLY CHECK-INS

Review progress, adherence, challenges, recovery and what happened in real life that week.

PROGRESSIVE ADJUSTMENTS

Adjust training, nutrition and strategy as progress, work, family demands and goals change. The plan evolves instead of forcing the client to repeatedly start over.

THE METHOD WORKS ACROSS
DIFFERENT REAL LIVES.
